Depending on weight First Class or Priority Mail service is used, unless you select the faster Express Mail service or the more reliable UPS options. Regardless of the order size, the shipping and handling charge is $3.00 for First Class/Priority Mail orders and $15.00 for Express Mail orders. Domestic Express Mail is delivered Monday through Saturday. Note: Express Mail packages require that someone be available to sign for the package when it arrives, for this reason you may find it more convenient to have your photos sent to your place of work rather then your home. You can also select UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air shipping. Costs vary depending on the order’s weight and may be calculated before ordering by clicking the “Calculate Shipping” button on the shopping cart screen. Ground package delivery generally takes 1 to 5 days depending on zone. Next Day Air is generally delivered by 10:30 AM on the day following shipment.
Orders may only be cancelled before they're fully processed, with approval from a Customer Service Representative. If you have a cancellation request, please email customerservice@photofile right away. We will issue a complete refund on orders cancelled before final fulfillment. If your order has already been fulfilled, you must receive a RA and return the order to us for a refund (minus shipping charges). Click here for more information on our return policy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our stocked products (See: What is a Stocked Photo?), you may return them within 21 days of purchase for a full refund. If you are returning due to an error made by Photo File, we will refund the total cost of your order less the shipping charges. Simple instructions on how to return merchandise are included with each order. Made-to-Order Products have a different guarantee since we cannot resell those items if they are returned. Because we cannot reasonably expect to resell these Made-to-Order Products if they are returned, we require a nonrefundable payment in advance. If you are returning due to an error made by Photo File, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, we will exchange that product for the identical item.
Yes, we accept exchanges at no extra charge up to 21 days after purchase on all NON Made-to-Order products. Regular shipping charges still apply.
Unfortunately we are not. We do operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Easter Time. We are closed on most major holidays. You can always reach us 24 hours a day via email at customerservice@photofile.com
Orders are shipped either via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).
Orders received before 9:00 AM EST will normally be fulfill the same or next business day. If we receive your order after that time, we will usually process your order the following business day. Orders received over weekends will be processed the next business day. Made-to-Order products require 1 to 3 additional business days processing time. After orders leave the warehouse, ship time depends on the shipping method you requested: 1-3 Business days for Express Mail, or 2-7 Business days for First Class/Priority Mail. First Class/Priority Mail to Canada can take in excess of ten days, Express Mail to Canada generally takes three to five days. These times will be longer during the holiday season.
Yes. We offer Express mail on all standard and Made-to-Order Products. In addition, for certain Made-to-Order items we offer UPS Ground and UPS 1-day shipping. These options are available at checkout.

To save you shipping expenses orders that contain both Stock and Made-to-Order items are held until the Made-to-Order items are ready. If you are ordering stock and Made-to-Order items and desire your stock items as soon as possible we suggest you place two orders, one for the stock items and one for the Made-to-Order products.
We are licensed to sell our products in the USA and Canada. We can not ship our products anywhere else.
The best way to find a particular image is to use our search feature, located at the top of the page on our website. Type the name of the player, product code, or a description of the photo, and select go. If you are unable to locate your image in this manner, use the left navigation buttons to browse by category.
Unfortunately the answer is no. We have selected more then 5,000 of our most popular products to offer you. Even with this large number of products we cannot possibly stock all the players and events in sports, let alone of entertainment and historical events. If Photo File doesn’t carry the photo you want, you may still be able to get it. Particular Photo File dealers may chose to stock a different assortment of images than PhotoFile.com. So, you may want to try your local sports memorabilia source for the photo you want. Even though we don't sell it now, perhaps the product you are looking for is one we can and should be selling. Yes, Made-to-Order photos take 1 to 3 business days to make. Custom photos and enlargements may not ship on the same business day the order is placed. They will normally ship on the following business day.
Your photo will come either in a flat envelope or in a tube.

Our stock photos are available in 8" X 10". We also offer 11" X 14", 16" X 20" and 20" X 24" enlargements.
Yes. We offer framing options in both Metal and Wood. Your photo will be matted in a two tone acid free matte finished behind glass.

Everything PhotoFile.com sells is fully licensed and approved by all the appropriate entities. You can be sure that all of our products meet or exceed the strictest quality standards. You may find unlicensed photos for sale on the web and elsewhere. Besides being illegal, and potentially counterfeit, these products are generally of inferior quality.
Most licensors require an official licensor supplied holograms be affixed directly to the front or back of our photos and products or be attached to the packaging. Even products without holograms usually have the licensor logo, along with the Photo File logo, on them.
Stock Photos include all "In-Stock": loose, matted and framed 8" X 10" photos, "Memories and Milestones" and Photoramic products.
An In-Stock is a photo we have specially selected for you, our customers, for its composition and popularity.
