What if I can’t find a specific player or image? Will you be able to add them for me?

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact our customer care team at customerservice@photofile.com for shipping options outside of the United States and Canada.

How long until my order is received?

For photo orders placed before 9:00 am EST, fulfillment is generally the same or next-day. Additional processing time may be necessary for framed, ink-jet, and/or canvas prints. Shipping times depend on the requested shipping method and final delivery location. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Do you accept returns?

We accept exchanges for your online order for up to 21 days after purchase on all products. Shipping charges apply. We will happily replace any and all products with shipping damage, production errors, or similar defects.

What determines if a product is custom or “made to order”?

Enlargements, archived and custom photos are all categorized as made to order. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was a production error or damage caused to the item during shipping.
