North American Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Framed or canvas orders could take a day or two longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is an estimate of shipping one 8x10.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Photofile.com​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Photofile.com​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Photofile.com​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, contact customerservice@photofile.com and we will replace the damaged product. Photofile.com will reship the order with the same shipping method as the original shipment. Photofile.com is not responsible for the additional cost if express shipping is then requested.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside North America. Please contact our customer care team at customerservice@photofile.com for shipping options outside of the United States and Canada.

Returns Policy

We accept exchanges for your online order for up to 21 days after purchase on all products. Shipping charges apply. We will happily replace any and all products with shipping damage, production errors, or similar defects. Replacements will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original shipment.
